02 Camry SE car rattle mystery

I recently bought a 02 Camry SE. After driving, I began to notice a wheel/car vibration above 70mph. I figured it was the tires being off-balance, so I went to the shop and had all 4 rebalanced.

Now, the problem didnt seem as bad, but still persisted. I figured it had to be the wheels (one of them being bent), so I went on tirerack and ordered a new set of wheels and tires. After putting these on, the car and wheel will still rattle a bit after 70mph on the highway (it's not bad, but is enough to

What could the problem possibly be? I have brand new balanced (good quality) tires and wheels on the car (16"), and it still didnt totally nix the problem. Any suggestions/troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I really like this car, but the high speed rattle is very irritating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you hear where the rattle come from? I don't think it's from the wheels.

I'm sorry, I would say it is more of a vibration than a rattle. The car shakes a bit. No actual noise is being made.

If I have a bottle of water in the cupholder at this speed, the water will shake around a bit.

I m having the hardest time figuring out where it's coming from. When I lay off the gas and let the car coast at this higher speed (70-75 mph), the vibration seems to get a little worse (until the car slows down to about 65, then it smooths out).

Could be one of your bearings went bad, I think my old corolla has the same problem, and my mechanic found out that one of my rear bearings went bad, I can feel the vibration when going 40+ MPH, and some noise as well.

You said that you've replaced the wheels, and rebalanced them, then I don't think it's the wheels.

Have it checked by a local mechanic, don't go to the dealer.
