Unhappy GT-R needs your help, guys...

'08 LE I4, unmodified engine, well maintained, almost 11,000 mi.

Everytime I start the car, leave it running for about a min or 2, then I turn on the A/C, the car vibrates roughly for a few seconds, I can feel the whole car vibrates. The engine temp is normal, RPM stays the same. Outside temp is around 90-100 F.

The same thing happen to my other '08 LE I4. Is this normal?

I even turned off the A/C, then turn it back on, it vibrates again.

I've had this problem for a while, I thought it was normal, but this happens everyday now.

Mine is fine but it sounds like it's when your A/C compressor kicks in.

You should notice your Tach drop down if you ever look at your instrument panel when it happens.....

Try to re-create the abnormal operating condition at the dealership. With a car that new, it is the dealership's problem.

Exactly, when the A/C compressor kicks in, it vibrates hard.

wow, come to think of it, mines does that too. I have roughly 13500 k miles on mines. then again, my 2000 LE I4 Camry does that too so I figured it was normal.

I4 LE here. 15k miles. no problem at all. the only vibrations i notice is when im turning steap when going out of the parking lot it vibrates. but when i turn on the AC my RPM is still about the same.

i advice you to call your local dealer and ask them to duplicate the problem.

Engine idle up does not occur, or is continuous ----- possible reasons covered in the Service Manual for the dealer.

mine does that too. I thought it was normal? Just accepted that my engine's weak. You drive for a little bit, and the idle should stabilize with the AC on and not rumble anymore.
