I hate it!

Hehehe.. J/K Drew! Hey, are you gonna put the Toyota logo and the VVT-i letters on it? I saw the C/F Scion TC cover with the lettering, I looks a lot better than just plain C/F IMO.

Looks really good.

The lettering on the valve cover will make it look a lot better.

Alright guys here ya go, I got it off ebay.
Its actually for a Scion TC but since our motors are basically the same, after checking out a few scions at some car shows I decided to buy it and see how it fits. It fits perfectly no modifications besides some coats of wax.

Heres the DIY for this:

Tools needed:
Wratchet set with 10mm to remove top bolts
Hot glue gun

Step 1: Put a coat or 2 of wax on the new cf piece, if your crazy like me 3 might do good

Step 2: Remove the stock engine cover, 2 10mm bolts.

Step 3: Turn over stock cover and remove the insulation material, do this by using some force and a flat head screw driver. It is glued in place. The piece will be reused so don't rip them.

Step 4: Hot glue these pieces, 3 to be exact into place. Also place the cover on some rags, dont want to mess up the cover.

Step 5: Re-attach the 2 10mm bolts

Step 6: Take a look at your new shiny engine cover (or add decals)

any questions let me know
