will provide power from the point of unlocking the car to locking the car?

I did the fog light mod that allows me to control the fogs at any position of the light stalk, but here lies the problem: I wired the fogs to the ECU-ACC fuse which is cut off from power in the OFF key position. I would like to find a power source that will receive power in any key position, but not be cut off from power until i lock the car with the key fob. I basically want to have the full control of the fogs like i do now, but have them stay on like the low beams until i lock the car twice with the key fob.

On another note, has anyone found a way of disabling the DRL's while keeping the AUTO feature, other than bringing it to the dealer or cutting wires?

you probably will have to design some type of a simple relay circuit that takes the input from the keyless cylonoid.
