I have Hoen Titanium H11s and Nokya Stage 1 yellow H11s with both using heavy duty H11 wire harnesses.
PIAA bulbs are good, but they only last 6-9 months and they cost WAAAAY too much.
Nokya bulbs offer very good light, but that's because they often ship you an 85 watt bulb instead of 55 watt. This will melt your connector over time. If you're gonna run those, use a separate harness like centennialman is.
The low beams are H11 but the DRLs are actually 9006 size. I use Nokyas in there. In my fogs, I have some MTEC lights which are excellent too.

+1 on the whole Nokya labeling their bulbs 55W when in fact they are not. Their new labels clearly state they're 85W. The bulb however still has 55W on them. That's why when I had to replace them I got Luminux wire harnesses. Didn't want to have melted connectors.
Does anyone know if the stock DRL/high beam 9006 harnesses can support higher wattage bulbs just on the fact that they're also high beams? I can see the stock DRL connectors supporting 65W bulbs but nothing higher than that...NEVER MIND I GUESS IT ONLY APPLIES TO 9005 CONNECTORS.

Okay, let me tell you this, I had the PIAA (the most expensive bulbs) not to long ago, and I just got rid of it last week, it is the 4700K tinted bulbs, and the output is horrible, I can't see anything at night, too dim.
I switch to the Sylvania Xtra Vision H11 and 9005 (for high beams), non tinted, and I can see way better than the PIAAs.
My point is, just like everybody else said, tinted bulbs = less lumens = less visibility, on a rainy day, better turn off the lights.
So you see this dude is the real deal, good quality. Matter of fact, I went a bit further for you and found a video of the MTEC Cosmo Blue White bulbs on a Bimmer. Hope this helps.
