A lot of work to relocate your license plate to an even uglier spot rather than fixing the previous location.
A larger dia. bolt, an insert, a silicone hole fill, a backing plate all would have been a easier and better looking fix.

Nah, took me about 10 minutes to do this. I rather not deal with repairing the damn hole and taking off the bumper. Would take me longer and I'm lazy.

I personally think it only looks good when moved to the extreme of one side of the bumper. It's still relatively in the center of the bumper and looks awkward imo. I think it would look better in the center and mounted low, good write up though.
