So here i am, posting another story of my bad luck. today was the day i take off the RK lip since I'm giving the car to my parents. As i got off work, i noticed THIS!!!!
i don't know what happened.... I work at an afterschool center, so im guessing someone threw something at my car. i was hella heated... I'm trying to put this car back to the way it was and ASNDJASNDKJNSADKASNDk
i still took off the front lip...
Hella messed up
EDIT: i took it to a shop and got a quote. around a thousand for OEM with the toyota logo. or 800-900 without the toyota logo but same brand. the last option was 300 for a brand that the dealership doesn't use but they said the quality is good still
they wanted to sell their 4runner and buy themselves an old used car. i told them to take the camry since they love it and always wanted it for themselves. then i buy myself another car to save them money. im trying to get a 5 speed SC300 but it's really rare
^^ the paint didnt stick. i guess my friend didn't primer it correctly. the paint comes off like nothing. haha. i scraped and it made an air bubble and popped. that's what happens when u do things urself.
Not only was that lip not prepped properly, The paint looks drier than a popcorn fart.....

If you give it to your parents...why do want to put it back to stock?
ouch. i feel your pain bro. i'm not surprised to see what happened to your front lip since urethane is difficult to prep/paint on your own. shops usually charge twice as much to paint it vs. fiberglass/abs plastic.
don't worry about every thing else though. as long as your engine is still running good and no body damage has occurred, the camry should be in good hands by the time your parents get a hold of it.
