Gen6 Fender Removal Help!

Every time I open the driver's side door, it slightly touches the fender. This causes a kind-of a popping noise.

It wasnt that severe so I ignored it but today, I pulled the door a little hard and it bent the fender in about an inch. SO I need to find out how to take off the fender. I'm aware that there should be 10mm bolts all over there but I only want to take off the necessary ones.. Anyone have a scan of a repair manual or something that could help? Thanks!

Thanks but I just attempted it and found the necessary screws to take it off.

Unfortunately, I was unable to flatten it out again so I just put it back on and put my stock sideskirts back on. I'm going to take it in to the Toyota dealership to take advantage of my extended warranty service. Hope they do it for me and give me a free rent-a-car.

Doesn't sound like a mechanical failure.

Is it a Toyota Platinum Warranty?

Oh damn, does it have to be mechanical to be under warranty? I think I got the 90k warranty, I have to look in my glovebox to get the papers to be sure.

I noticed the popping about a month after I first got the car but I was too lazy to take it to the dealership earlier. it looks like my laziness caught up to me.. Well, it wont hurt to go down there and ask.

They likely would have fixed the popping or contact because of misalignment but they aren't going to do body work on the car under a warranty. By your own admission this would not have happened had you been more careful, and you need to perform due diligence to resolve a problem before it mushrooms.
