On a 2009 SE with heated leather do the seat heaters timeout after any a set time or do the stay on until shut off manually?
I thought I read somewhere that they did but can't retrace my steps to see where I might have mistakenly got this idea in my head.
It's 93 degrees here today so I don't want to be a test pilot.

They stay on as long as the switch is pushed on.
The rear window defroster/outside mirror heaters are on a timed ON.
The heated seats in our Sienna actually cool down after its reached a certain temperature and then resumes heating after the lowest temperature is reached.
But remember the Sienna has a two mode Heated Seat system. Though i assume that the Camry would be the same with reaching the certain amount of temperature and things like that.

the camry does heat up,then cool. i have also noticed on startup, if both are pushed, they heat up at the same time then one holds heat longer, then cools, then when one side is heating the other is cooling off then they rotate.
like if the pass side feels hot the drivers side is about to start getting really hot again.
but mine have been on for about 2 weeks now. thses damn 30 degree mornings suck

my seats heat up and cool, then heat up etc...it's nice because it doesn't get overbarringly hot.
Cold in SoCal??? come on!
Some mornings it can get down into the high 30's here. BRRRRRRRRR!
Seriously I wouldn't have wanted this option but had to take it to get the NAV. My wife will use it I'm sure since women are always cold.
