Sorry but I can't afford to spent that much money on retro's so I just went with a HID supplier I've dealt with before and these are 6K Temp and yes the squirrel spotters have been moved all the way down so I have no idea why it still showing up...o well here are the pics
This is the best angle I could get to show the whitest area of the light
This is the best angle to where it cuts off with the violet/blue color of light
Just the HID's
HID's and DIY Fogs
And this is what it looked like with factory halogens with DIY Fogs

did u cover it or just push down the squirrel spotters ? because if u just push it downthe light can still get over it.
here a way to cover it up that i use n it work well. HID info
I'm blind after looking at those pictures!!! j/k
Anyway, you must have missed this thread about LNGasman posted some pictures to shown that simply push down the squirrel spotters will not stop blinding people. You have to cover it up completely.
Here is the link and pictures.........
How bad is it if you don't cover it at all? Hey Peach, you didn't cover yours at all, right?
I see some Land Rovers have really glaring HID, is it like that?
My opinions on not covering the Squirrel Spotters:
1. Not covering the squirrel spotters would be no less glaring then those Baja lifted 4x4's that blind me all the time. Those idiots lift the front higher then the rear and don't adjust their headlights lower to compensate...
2. If you drive on the freeways, you probably won't bother too many people because you are all driving the same direction and people can always adjust their mirrors. But if you are on the streets or a two lane highway, expect people to flash their high beams at you.
3. If you live in Corona, you probably don't have to cover the squirrel spotters because everyone's afraid to be shot at for flashing high beams at others.
