Aftermarket Radio Install Question???

I got an aftermarket nav double din to replace on my 08 camry(jbl system). I wanted to keep all the factory speaker on there. I have a guy doing it for me; he runs all new wires from the the din to bypass the factory amp and he said if I wanted to keep all the factory speaker, I need to get 4 component crossover since the camry has 8 speaker. Is this the way to do it??? anyone has any diagram I can look at it? I've searched and couldnt find anything. Thanks.

Yes, you will need that crossover.

i think we have 4 6X9's and tweets. the specs say there is 8 speakers in 6 locations...

you don't need a component crossover.

Right...2 tweets in the dash, two 6x9's in both front doors, and two 6x9's in the rear deck.
