Gen6 Still have glare

Hi guys, recently when i droving out with my parents i realized there was quite a lot of glare coming off the camry (as i was driving in front of it) I have covered up the squirrel spotter yet there seem to be quite a lot of glare blazing off my headlights...I was wondering if it's due to the fact of a poor job? (i have some pics of it on the bottom, you guys be the judge on that) or is it because of the HID xenon bulb themselves? Thanks for the help

i've drove in front of bmw suv's with oem hids and they still glare alot.

not too sure about oem hids but i would think they still glare somewhat compared to halogen... squirrel spotters just reduces it.

www.camrystuff.com

Look at the Gen 6 service manual and download the "LIGHTING" PDF. It tells you how to aim.

Don't lower it, you'll need a little glare to light up the road signs. I don't see any glare BTW, cut-off looks good.

If you lower it, then you won't be able to see anything.

Hey, can you take a pic on the road? I wanna see the downroad beams.

there isn't any glare. But he's complaining that the cut off is too high, so i suggested to lower the headlights.

Not sure what U mean. U want to see how the road sign light up?

The OP's cut off does seem to be good. Mine too have the same weird 2 bumps in the cutoff line. Mine I can see the cutoff is right at the top of the trunk on the car in front.

I hate most are those HUV with HID. Their cutoff line is our Camry's roof.
