Gen6 Enkei bolt pattern question

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the noob question, but hopefully you can help me out. I realize the bolt pattern for GEN6 is 5x114. However, here are the wheels I'm contemplating on purchasing.

http://www.enkei.com/Performance%20specs/evo5.html

Under 18", they list two bolt patterns for three different part no.:
Part No. | Bolt Pattern
399-875-2635HS |
5 x 112/114.3
399-8750235HS | 5 x 100/114.3
399-875-0245HS
| 5 x 100/114.3

What does the middle number correspond to (112 and 100), and do I have to be concerned with which part no. I buy for my car?

Those wheels have two bolt patterns on each wheel. So the last two wheels can fit cars with 5x100 or 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Additionally, those wheels have offsets so it does matter which you get.

same answer here...and get one of the first two (+35 offset on 18x7.5 rims).

Thanks for the help guys - just want to be absolutely sure I didn't make a mistake that I would later kick myself for being dumb. Sounds like common sense now that you guys have explained it.
