Gen5 Splash guard?

Hey folks,

I've once again come to the extreme frustration of my front splash guard (is that what you call it?) ripping out and dragging along the ground. It's amazing how low to the ground the front of the Camry is, and how many parking bricks get the better of it...

The first time this happened, my brother-in-law (a mechanic) did a pretty good job fixing it somehow, and then the dealer put some sort of clips on it. But today I met my parking lot match.

Is there some way I can get under there and fix it? The first time it happened I tried combinations of duct tape and bolts, only to have it last for a few hours at best.

Thanks for any help you can offer! I'd love to get this taken care of, though it's a lot of fun to have everyone look at me as you drive by...almost makes me feel like a celebrity!

If it is all ripped up and you are missing the fasteners, theres not much else you can do about it other than replacing it. How bad is it? Picture?
