5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Well guys sold my 09 Corolla XLE with 3000 miles on it. It was too small for me. I traded it in on a 09 Camry CE. I got a great deal ..I think. They gave me $16,216 for me Corolla...which was what I owe on it. For the Camry they knocked $2000 dollars off, dealer cost for tilt, 2.9 percent finace, one year free of oil changes. The car has keyless entry, floor mats, vin etching, paint sealant. But this is the kicker. My neighbor has a Solara that he changed the tires and rims on it. He is going to sell me the rims for $150. I did put my Sirius in it. I love putting it in the cubby hole. The only wire that is exposed is the antenna wire going from the side pocket to under the center console. I think there is another cap I can pop out. It located on the bottom of the side pocket. I just can't a good view of it.
I will...cannot stand those hub caps..I had them on my Corolla too

What color did you get? Since you got approximately $16,000 for the Corolla and $2000 off the Camry, how much more did you have to pay?
No Toyota dealerships offer CE's here (not that I would get one anyway) but whats different from the LE and CE?
Actually the window sticker says its a "E"...no idea. It came with cruise, power windows, power locks, tilt, single cd player with controls on the steering wheel, window vin number etching, floor mats, paint sealant. I am changing out the hub caps very soon. window sticker said 23,000 . got it for 21,000. I have no idea what difference is..I think you get alloy wheels and keyless door and trunk release

I think you might have gotten an LE because of the features you listed and the price is in the LE range. Unless your dealer installed those extra features in your CE to jack up the price. Oh yea since your in Texas your in the Gulf States Toyota region like me. Someone I know thought she got a top of the line Camry but I found out her Camry was only an LE with added extras to make it around $27,000.
