Just got a 04 Camry, I have a few questions.

Hey.

I just sold my 1997 Corolla for $1700 with 184,000 km's.

So I bought a 2004 Camry SE for $18,000 tax in. with 70,000 km's It is a nicer ride then the corolla that is for sure.

Any way i have a few questions/ need some advice if any wants to give it.

First off, Does any one know what would be causing a slight vibration when accelerating between first and second, its automatic. It does not seem to do it as much when I am going down hill or if i accelerate really slow.

I am looking for tires right now because the ones that came on it are performance michilans. So i am looking to get some all seasons. Does any one have a good suggestion of an all season tire that is geared towards winter?

Also my seat belt light is blinking when no one is even in the passenger seat. is is easie to take out the bulb or is there a way to di conect it. For the time being i just put tape over it. Any one know how much a new seat sensor would go for?

And finally, does any one have a link to the AUX adapter for the OEM radio/cd player for an 04 Camry?

Thanks,
peace.

Most of your questions would be answered by the search button. As far as your sensors go you should check the seats for damage. if these things were happening why did you purchase the car anyway?

ahh well -- to each their own. I would take the car back to get the sensor looked at.. if it's 70km and it's an 04 you should be still under warranty or a bit before it goes out.

aux cable for the oem cd/radio --

US prices are pretty cheap. That's quite comparable to the prices in Aus too.

You you probably paid about $2000 in taxes, PST (depending on the province) and GST if you bought at a dealer so you're in the right price range here for an SE with that mileage.
We usually pay more for everything in Canada, even when our dollar is higher, then we pay more tax on top of that.....

That does seem to be a bit high for an 04 Camry, I purchased my 06 Camry LE back in April of this year and i only paid $14,900 and it had 40,000 miles on it at the time. however Canadian prices can be quite a bit more than US pricing.
