Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
anyone know the number of the tsb for dash rattle on 2009 camry in Canada?
I don't think there is a TSB for rattle in CANADA, because when I phoned to Toyota Canada about it, they said the TSB is only for US Camry's, and it is stupid, because my Camry made in US and I have rattle. Go figure...
On that note, what is the TSB for the '09 Camry dash rattle? That would be very helpful to give to the dealer when I bring my Camry in for my next service (instead of them saying it's normal or they can't find it). Thanks!
Rattles, thats what happens when its made in America. First my sunroof then my dash. I'm very dissapointed with what Honda and Toyota have done to themselves. I'll be going back to Mazda. In all 5 I've owned, never once did I have a problem. I have 6000 miles on my 08, and I have had the sunroof TSB, going to have the Dash TSB, tanny flare....and those are problems we all have. Funny, 09 Camry is out now, the car has been made since 07...and we still have these issues. Awesome.

Have fun with Mazda. If you think that they're made in Japan and therefore are superior in quality to an American built Camry, think again. The Mazda 6 is built in Flat Rock Michigan.
I quickly jumped to that assumption that because this is a Camry forum that if you're so unhappy with your Camry that you'd switch back to a Mazda product competing in the same category as Camry. Hence the Mazda 6 suggestion.

Almost every Mazda is made in Japan; in Hiroshima (where we dropped the bomb) no less. Thats why I painted my Miata a radioactive sludge green.
Makes sense, but nah, I'm come from sports car routes...I grew up with my dad driving a Triumph Spitfire 1500, so its kinda in my DNA. Wrong wheel drive sedans; while very very nice and I do love my Camry - it just has no excitement when driving. Its fast, but I dont get that 'feel' like I do when I'm in a Mazda.
