05 XLE defogger
I have an 05 XLE, 26k miles, bought it a couple weeks ago, it was a lease turn in. I just got it back... my luck is consistent, I was rear ended by a guy with no license, no insurance, and not his car. He took off on foot. But it's fixed and I'm driving it.
My question: I took my car to a local Toyota dealer for an oil change. Asked about the rear defrost, telling him the bottom 6 elements didn't work. Dealer told me it's normal, those are the antenna leads. Wrong. I've since noticed that the bottom 6 on the passenger side work a little, and the middle vertical line gets hotter than the rest in the middle of the window. I know the elements are on the surface of the inside of the window. How hard is this to fix? I think I need a new dealer.
Additonally, can someone point me in the direction of some information about stopping rattles. I have 2 minor rattles, one in the B pillar around the seat belt adjuster. The second in the console around the radio trim.
