How to install a Thule Roof Rack on a 07 Camry??

I just recently inherited my friend's 07 Camry Thule Setup and I wasn't able to find anything on this forum regarding this. Since its used and he is out of the states, I have nobody to turn to for directions. I'm as noob as they come when it comes to installing crap...

This is what I have 400xt Aero Foots, 2179 Fit Kit, lb50 Cross cars, flat top 6, 44" fairing, 544 locks.

My biggest questions are:

1) The 400xt came with a measuring strip, how far apart should the 400xt aero foots be?
2) The fit kit comes with 2 plain old clips and two deformed like clips. Does the deformed clips go in the front or back of the thule setup?
3) How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsi pop? j/k

Appreciate any help I can get!

if you go to thule's website, you should be able to put you car in, and they will give you most of this information(measurements, etc..) and you could give them a call for the rest, they should be pretty knowledgable about it...
