Gen5 PS2 in my CAR!!!

i already have the screen in my car n i wanted to install a PS2 and i even got the converter for the power from cigarette to normal wire! the ps2 does turn on but wen u hit the eject button it turns off.. can any one help me out with this? thanks!

Try to have the dish inside the ps2 before u hook it up again. See if u can actually play the system powered off the car.

yea i did ofcourse i was playin it in my house n took it in the car .. i think the issue could b with the power voltage? is that possible? i mean it should work right

Try a different power converter, maybe the one you have is not powerful enough.

you need more power, how much power does your ps2 require??? get a power inverter that is putout more wattages and amp for it.

he said power.. not voltage. Look for amps or power on the label

just find out how many amps your ps2 uses. Make sure your converter can supply that many amps.
