Gen6 Cold weather - Sterring/Brake noise

This is the first time i have driven my 2007 Camrey LE in cold weather, and i noticed that when i steer somethimes there is a small squeak, at times its constant and other times its on off, on, off...

Now when i am backing into a parking spot i am steering and braking at the same time, so i still hear that squeak, its very similar to the noise that if you leave your parking brake applied slightly. I cheched the E-brake and it does not seem to be the cause of the problem. I know there is a tsb for squeaky braes, but what about squeaky streeing?

Also i noticed the noise after the 40000km maintenance package was done. Any thoughts?

just recently my steering wheel makes a tiny creaking/squeaking noise as well, I have an early production 07 camry se. I have an appointment on Monday morning to have it checked out and get a oil change as well. I will post any information I get when I get the car back.
