Sup guys, I was rotating my tires and installing my K&N drop in filter today, and i noticed when I applied the ebrake when working on it, (also in gear), I noticed when I push it back and forth my rear brakes squeaked. And im guessing this applies to the TSB Rear Brake Squeak ( BR010-06 ). Well anyway im gonna get it checked out...or just get it done..anyone have this problem? I have a 07 CE MT

ebrake and disc brake squeak is not the same..

yes i know that, but its coming FROM the same area..not sure what it is....Also I dont know if you saw my other thread, but my ebrake is loose.

Reproduce the noise for the dealer. They should fix this issue. I had this problem on my 07 Camry as well and it was fixed. Good luck!

kinda of a waste of time to fix this.. I mean why would you care if your ebrake squeaks?

Thanks, Im probably gonna bring it in tomorrow. And for "danorthface", my car is relatively new and I don't want to see the problem and let it sit there, when I can get it fixed for free. And whoever said it was a ebrake problem? I said its coming from the rear brakes, mean its around there. I only said that I pulled up the ebrake and left it in gear to state that it was in a PARK position.

unless you're stepping on the brake pedal while working on your tires, it's the ebrakes
