I was tod that the aluminum intake is not that great. and that the plastic one was the better one. my question is do they make the plastic intake for the 2008 Camry 3.5L? I can't find the plastione anywhere.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean.
With the K&N SRI, you remove the plastic pieces and install the alum tube/heat shield. In both cases, you will still have a SRI (stock and aftermarket). If you want to retain the plastic pieces, just purchase the K&N drop-in filter..

i heard that the aluminum tubing is not that great, and that the plastic tubing was alot better. my question is do the make a plastic tubing for the V6 3.5L.
