Ehh, you don't really need noise reduction underbody spray, it'd just add weight and make things messy.
I'd recommend some sound dampening actually, probably more effective for sure. Either by the doors, trunk, or even the floor of the car. Plenty of different types of applications out there you can use to sound dampen the interior.
The same applies for the coolant as the ATF they say though, 100k miles. A simple flush and fill can do wonders, lol.
