07 LE V6 Passenger Airbag issue

Hi all,


The passenger airbag light in my 07 LE V6 will constantly flash "off". This started today. I noticed it when my friend (~150lbs) was sitting in the passenger seat, and I thought that something was weird because it didn't say anything unless it was relatively light, for the sake of car seats.

Now, it will always flash and will not go off regardless of whether or not a person is sitting there or not. I checked the connections under the seat and everything feels tight and none of the wires seem to be cut or anything strange.

What can I do about this? Should I just head straight to the dealer?

Is this the passenger classification light, SRS light, seatbelt light? Is the SRS warning light off?
