2007 camry clutch bypass

Guys, i need help bypassing my clutch for a remote start. Its a 2007 camry ce with manual shift. I was told that the 2 clutch wires will test as negative, but, not to be fooled because it is actually a positive starter wire. Can someone please explain how to wire up a relay from the compustar wiring harness. There is a 12v positive relay prewired to the harness and i believe i can use that, but am unsure of the order of operations. There is also a negative when armed wire on that harness that i will not be using. Is there a way to wire a negative to a relay to change it to a positive? I am short one wire on the main harness for my 2nd starter. I have been told just to wire them up togather to the main starter wire, but, this changes the design toyota had in mind. I am sure it will work, but, there is a reason for the second wire i am sure. Thanks in advance for the help. I need first hand knowledge here guys. I don't want someone getting killed when my car pops itself out into traffic!! LOL.
