2007 Camry Trunk light

Hey guys, I own a 07 Camry, and I have found some pictures here that people have accomplished this on the new camry, but it seems no one really has a tutorial or whatever its called on how to do it, can someone post up some pictures and directions on how I can get this going? I already have the cold cathode tubes.

Hope someone helps! thanks!

There is a tutorial if a search was done...

DIY Cold cathode trunk light install (56K warn - 988KB of photos)

I however didnt use those "prongs". I used a wedge base plug. See near the end of the thread in the link above or see my cardomain (in sig).

What I did was just clean and cut, splice out the original wires, take positive and ground, and connect it to your cathode tube's positive and ground, then use some 3M double sided tape, and your set.

I personally wouldnt feel comfortable with splicing or cutting any factory wires. I'm hesitant on splicing my turn signal wires to make them work with LEDs.
