Gen6 Anyone Know Of RTX HID Conversion Kits?

Hey all,

My g/f got me a gift certificate to get an RTX conversion kit (HID), 6000k installed on my 07' Camry LE.

Has anyone had any experience with those kits? The kits come with the ballasts, wiring harnesses and bulbs.

I do not want to have them put in and have a bunch of problems with them. I called the company that sells and installs them (they sell aftermarket parts and do all sorts of installations - the Dealerships here contract them to do their remote start installations, etc.

I have used the search engine to get a better understanding of HID's, but I want to ask to see if people have had any experience in using the above kits.

Thank you in advance!

Seems like it includes everything you need, so go ahead and get them installed. Plus, you didn't pay for them. What's the hold up?

Hey Catric69,

I've already made the appointment to get them installed - won't happen till early Jan cause they are booked up. I thought I would ask around on here because I know many of you have those HID kits and know more about them than I do.

They are the only kit they sell and they said they have never had any issues with them.

We'll see how they look
