fuel pump access

I did a little searching and didn't see this answered anywhere. I have an 04 Camry XLE and was wondering where the fuel pump access is. I saw a diagram of a 95 (i think) and it was under the back seat. Is it the same for this generation? Thanks for the help.

well, here's my story. last night my wife and i tried to leave and the car would not start, but it had been driven earlier that day. it turns over but does not start. did a little troubleshooting... sprayed some carb cleaner in the air intake and it tries to start, so i'm pretty sure it's a fuel problem. when the key is put in the on position i do not hear the fuel pump prime. it is pretty noticeable in my 89 mustang, but would it be very noticeable in the camry? also, when i turn it over, the cab lights and head lights dim and flicker, so could my battery be bad as well? i don't claim to be a mechanic by any means, but i'm not completely ignorant about everything, so any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

ps sorry for the long post
