Gauge Needle and exhaust

Heres the deal:

I'm planning on doing netforcer's HVAC switch and was wondering if it would be possible to change the needle from red to another color?
What would be needed to do this and how?
And would they use the PCCL-2 SMD Led's like the HVAC?
If it makes any difference, I have a 2009 Camry SE.

And a smaller note, what exhaust would you guys recommend? Videos are always good as well.

I've been contemplating the needle as well but All the needles are red I believe... unless I am wrong, can't do much there...

are you 4cyl or v6? I have a Megan Racing exhaust right now... look up M-Spec II on youtube and you should see my car up

So that means no ability to change the gauge needle?

And I have a 4 cyl I believe.
Actually, a mechanic put 6 cyl down for the engine type? Not sure what that is about but yeah, Four cylinder.

All I purchased was the catback from megan racing and it came with the necessary bolts and gaskets for the install... if you have a jack and stands you will be able to throw it on yourself, if not then borrow them... it took me about 45 mins to do the install.
