Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
A friend of mine is selling a new set of four wheels to me off his infiniti m45 for a good price, an i would probably get them if they fit my Gen 6. He has the stock gunmetal version, an from the specs i see on these ones it looks like they are 19 * 8.5 with 50mm offset. Will these fit my car, if so will there be any type of problems?
Look nice. But you need spacers....8.5" rim with +50 = too close to the strut and looks tucked in. Add some 15mm spacers in the rear and 10mm in the front and it looks and fits much better.
PS: Double check the offset ... RWD wheels with +50 offset? ... that is FWD territory.

Yeah i seen that offset actually on a g35 forum also....will i have to roll the fenders?
weird, but you are the expert . Btw, they are listed in our bolt pattern, i.e. why lug adapters?
lol do a search on s2000 offsets, and you'll find most of them run 18x8 with offsets in the 50s and 18x9s with offsets in the high 50s, mid60s for the rear. i know, it's weird.
no i meant those spacers that come with the lugs attached already, like ichiba versionII spacers,

to make it easy for our friend, can we agree on simply:
a) Wheels fit, but use 10mm spacers (lug pattern is already okay)
b) Use either extended studs or ET lug nuts with spacers (I use ET lug nuts on 10mm spacers and they work great and are no-hassle).
PS: do 10 mm spacers even come with lugs, aren't they too thin? I see these for 20mm+ only.
10mil spacers are fine and it would be best if he used the extended lugs.
some companies include extended lugs with just 10mil. ichiba, project kics, h&r springs all come with extended studs.
my mechanic wants me to use extended lugs even on 10 mil because in race standards, a lug should be able to turn at least 4 whole times (full 360degree circle) for it to be fully secure. 3.5times is marginally okay for city driving he says but he'd rather i go with extended studs. risk avert
