i was helping de ice my friends camry and noticed the wiper blades have a kind ov cover on them a plastic trim pice idk if its for ice? or aero dynamics at high speed? can neone elaborate?

no such thing as an aerodynamic wiper made for the camry lol.

just go to ezlube. 15 bucks gets u lifetime blades. every time they go bad, they replace it for free.

so what is the cover for ive seen "winter" wipers its just a rubber sheth over the moving components to keep ice from jaming it up AND i have noticed at high speeds (80 85) my celica's wipers shutter it would make sence think wind pushing over the wind sheild then wipers disrupting the airflo now if this could be improved upon i would say this would be the way to go

Bosch Icons, or Valeo blades from Tirerack are both good.
