You need to provide a little bit more details about your problem. How do you know the CEL is related to the O2 Sensor? What have you done so far?

Look up the CEL(s) in your Service Manual and follow the diagnostic steps....

I got my oil changed and tires rotated today; however, the maintenance-required light still comes on after I start the vehicle. I wonder what's up.

The CEL and the maintenance require light are two different lights, yours may not have been reset after the service. Check your owner's manual or do a search on this site for procedure for resetting the maintenance require light.

to the OP, you must provide more information about the o2 sensor code, specifically the actual code, then we can provide accurate advice
more information about your camry (engine, etc) is helpful too
in all honesty, you probably need an o2 sensor...my mom's 2007 solara V6 sport convertable blew an o2 sensor at 12k miles, and it was warrentied...no issues since

also, offtopic nontheless, to reset the maintenece light simply set the odo/trip meter to "TRIP A", shut the vehicle off completely and hold the odo/trip button down and turn the vehicle to the ON position...this will start a countdown, which ends in the resetting of the maintenence light
the owners manual contains information such as this...

they always put all the information they dont want customers to know in the owners manual...
