Has anybody tried this? Is it impossible due to wiring and voltage differences?
I'd like to add the exact Hybrid ones to my car if possible.

I think there are nicer LED taillights than the Hybrids. There are some guys on here with really nice LEDs. You can do a search otherwise you'll get chewed out LOL
