warranty on passenger airbag sensor

OK, I'm a newbie to this board, but I've been driving Toyotas for a long time. (I'm a moderator on the MR2 board)

Anyway, I currently have an '05 Camry LE (wife's car). The problem is when even when there is a passenger in the passenger seat, the airbag status display says "AIR BAG OFF". Ive checked to ensure all the connectors under the seat are tight, so I guess if off to the dealership. It has 43,xxxmiles, but if I am correctly interpreting the warranty book, the SRS system is covered for 5 years/60K.

I assume this will be a warranty repair?
