Gen5 02 Camry LOC Placement?

Hey guys I need some advice. I'm putting some subs in my Cam, and I'm using the stock HU so I'm going to be using an LOC. Where should I place the LOC? I took appart my back seat a couple of minutes ago to see what it all looks like, and i think i saw the speaker wires running accross the passenger side rear seat. If anybody else is using a LOC, where did you put your? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

i just ground it to the radio ground wire, or you can just ground it to any metal spot you see.

thanks a lot man...one problem i see with placing the converter behind the head unit is that my LOC says to "Attatch red wire to amplifier 12v input." and the wire is quite short and i don;t think there is any way to attatch/splice it to the main power wire...im trying to brainstorm ideas lol...
