Is this a scam ? I don`t think philips would make a bulb for hid conversion kit.

they do make bulbs for conversion kits. rebased bulbs. You can check w/ our vendors on the for sale section. they're selling rebased phillips kits.

Phillips were actually one of the first manufacturers of HID bulbs and kits. BMW uses Phillips ballasts and HID systems.
