Recommended dealer for service in MA?
I'm having trouble with my dealer (Toyota of Wellesley/KO Automotive Group). Their sales team is great, but I'm not so sure about service. I brought my car in this morning for the standard 5K service and also wanted them to look at:
1. Loose steering wheel cover that squeaks on the highway
2. Seat or belt that squeaks when moving in the seat
3. Dashboard that crackles and pops when its cold and you turn on the heat, or its hot and you turn on the A/C
4. Residue on the windows that makes them stick
Aside from doing the standard 5K service, they only fixed 1/4 things (unconfirmed, I haven't picked it up yet). They couldn't hear anything from the steering wheel or the dash (said it was the A/C turning on), and claimed the residue was normal or didn't exist (they're just dirty).
I'm still arguing with them to fix everything, but in the meantime I wonder if anyone has any recommendations for service pros in MA?
