Rear right creak noise over speedbumps @ 5-10mph. Suspension problem?
I drive a camry 2005 LE about 45000 miles, with prompt maintenance done. Everytime it goes over the speedbumps even as slow as 5mph it's always the right rear side that creaks. I've driven over left and right ends of the speed bumps to check which side makes the noise too. However, no sound noticed whatsoever going over train tracks (@ 50 mph) or shallow dips, maybe ambient noise from the increased driving speed masked the creaking noise? Is this something that needs fixing, or is this a problem preluding to something worse?
I'm just neurotic about that kind of noise since years ago I had a nissan sentra gxe that makes thumping noises front suspension whenever going through dips even at 10 mph, it was never fixed after going to the shop, or the shop just ripped us off...
check your sway bar bushings and end links to see if they are worn. If they are, replace them. Try and grease them with white lithium grease and see if it helps

Right on. I had this same rear creaking noise whenever I went over bumps. My mechanic lubricated the bushings and I've been OK ever since. According to him, it has to do with all the winter road salt and cold temperatures. I'm not sure what exactly causes it but greasing the bushings was the solution.

why is your name "i love Toyota's" if you just called them Japanese crap? Of course a Toyota thats on the road will wear out faster then a 4 year old leftover GM sitting in a showroom. You could build a car with all the parts you'll replace on an American automobile

I also agree that it's probably the sway bar bushings.
Remove the bracket, clean the bar and the bushing and apply grease to the inside of the bushing or to the bar where the bushing goes. That will probably take care of the problem.
More BS based on all your years of experience............
Actually that was based on family's past experiences. My grandfather had a Jimmy years back and i swear, every week i remember him having a loner because it was always breaking down. Have you ever heard of a plastic throw-away radiator? Because thats what it had so he replaced it with an aluminum one. Or the fact that it needed a new trans after just 5K miles? The last straw was when his front end went, thats why he got rid of it and traded it in for a 92 Camry. Ever sense then hes had one. My uncles Tahoe has already went through 2 wheel bearings, and the fan-belt fell off on the highway when it wasn't even a week old. The HVAC was blowing cold on one side, and hot on the other, so that had to be replaced And its only a 2007. Then there was my aunt with the Bonneville that blew through 2 computers in 3 years. My other aunt had a focus..or should i call it a recall mobile. She had to have about 8 or 9 recalls done on that pos.
