USA Outside Temperature Display

The outside temperature display on my 2002 V6 Camry SE is off by 10 degrees (higher). Is there any way to adjust it?

sensor is behind the lower valence grille on the gen 5
step 1. go to dealer
step 2. buy new sensor
step 3. pay moneys
step 4. install
step 5. have accurate tempature readings
