5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
WOW! If toyota came up with this design, the new Camrys would be flying off the lots. My main reason for walking on by is that 'Happy Bunny Nose' idea that hangs on the front end.
This car is a perfect example of a great design, not freaky, just good solid purportions and placement.
I hope that Lumpy Bunny look gets droped in the next re-design.
I paid around $150 from the dealer and the grill is about 2 months old. I'd probably try to sell it for around $100. You can have it for free if you can install the new grille for me (costs me $100 labor from the dealer), if you've done these installs before yourself
I could do it, but the bumper has to come off. It can be done with the bumper still on but it's risky. If you take a drive through CT we can do it lol.

Ah CT is far, the gas would cost about the same as going to the dealer lol.
If you get the new grille my car is silver and i'm looking for an se grille. If you don't sell it to redline_me can I be next in line?
Also redline_me there is a red one for sale in the for sale section if you don't mind painting it.

Yeah i know lol. But i figured i will be in boston for about 30 seconds at the end of April for a cannonball run, so i would pick it up then.
If you wanna do that I'll take it, but it will sit in your closet for about 2 months.

Thanks, but it looks like the grill has a light inside of it!
I don't think they look like that normally do they?
the image from the grill was from a huge image of a black xle v6 on the forums here so i guess thats why it looks like that. the real grill would not look like that.
btw. off topic but if anyone wants the se grill then the price at delership is 178.97 for list and 143 for net cost(if your shop has a account at dealership). can give part number but mine is the white version since i have a white xle. will get the se grille for my xle soon so i called up and asked for prices.
