you can buff it out with compound if they're just scratches
but if they're actually rashes, then you'd need filler. but unless you hit a huge pothole and the entire wheel got into it, or hit a curb, you shouldn't get curb rashes
and if you did hit a pothole that big at speed, rashes are the least of your worries lol

try driving in Baltimore with a lowered camry...
we have one whole strech of highway (395) where the entire road is nothing but potholes and eneven pavement
and...its a 50mph speed limit! so youre hitting these buggers so fast your wheels can come off the ground
anyway, back on topic
if the wheels scratches bother you enough you can get them refinished at a wheel shop, but if it doesnt bother you id just leave them alone
