True dual exhaust

Has anyone installed a true dual exhaust on their Gen6 V6 with two separate pipes? When I looked underneath the car it doesn't look like there is any room for routing two pipes, but I was curious to see if anyone tried it.

Thanks!

You mean pipes coming off each header? no "H" or "X" pipe in the middle right?

Haven't heard of anyone doing it but you can be the first

Pretty much. Instead of joining to a y-pipe or whatever it is currently doing. This ties into my other thread about high-flow cats. I figure that if I am going to run new pipes anyway after the new cats, maybe running true dual exhausts straight back with two high flow cats would perform better. Plus I think it could sound a lot better.

I think there is enough room under the Camry to do that but you would have to use 2'' pipes and have them follow eachother pretty close.

Based on the stuff in the Accord thread, sounds like the performance doesn't improve enough to justify the cost. Maybe it will make sense if go FI some day, but sounds like sticking with a high-flow cat and custom piping is probably the way to go for now. Oh well, thanks for the help and info everyone!
