You don't have to remove your headlight.
For the left side bulb, turn your wheel to the right so you have more room to reach in a removed the plastic cover. Then reach your arm and hand all the way up to the parking bulb.

Which plastic cover? The Underbody cover (Same method for changing foglight bulbs) or the plastic cover above the tire? So will this methong work with the right side headlight?

It's the plastic cover above the tire. This method will work with the right side also. (just turn your wheel to the left when you do the right side)

The fender liner. There is a screw that holds a clip on the fender about 5 inches from the bottom and another one higher on the top remove those and pull out.

^ mine came off no problem. the liner will stay on there even without the clip so it's no big deal.
