I have a 07 SE with the 4cyl and a 5man, leather and sunroof package.. i picked it up used with 20000km on it. so it had a couple of things on it when i got it, but i thought that it had heated seats standerd from factory. my passanger seat stoped working and i took it to the dealer and he said that they were def aftermarket hot seats and they obviosly wont cover under warentee.. question is was my car supose to have heated seats and it didn't? or did they not come with em?

in the US, you cannot get the 5spd manual SE with leather/seat heaters....its not an allowable options package for some reason...i dunno how canada handles it
aftermarket leather seats with heaters would use non oem heated seat buttons. the oem buttons are very small one touch on/off buttons located slightly to the left and in front of the shifter
all oem leather seat packages on SE and XLE have the heated seats, or at least they do in my reigon..
they are def factory leather seats.. its the factory moon roof with factory controls .. i don't understand the aftermarket hot seats tho... my dealer even called the dealer that originaly sold the car. they said that they were aftermarket hot seat. i just don't understand it... on anyones elses sport with leather seats are the switches on the side of the seat toggle switch? remember its a manual as well does that have anything to do with it.. i know that, that sounds stupid but just a diff option makes it not have the hot seat or put the switch to a diff local.

you just answered my question thank you... so its just not avail on a man tranny... thats what i was wondering.. the guy who owned it before me musta wanted them and had them put on aftermarket.. thanks for the quik reply quys.

so from the pics in ur sig you dont have the switch in the oem location. So where did they install the switch? And i wonder why the SE didnt come with heated seats.... make their buyers freeze their asses off
the switch is inthe seat behid the other switches to move the seat... i don['t have the car yet other wise i would take pics and show you. sorry looks stock... loll
