i would like to ask if i want to lower my car , where can i get the spring and suspension?and which brand do u guys recommand?i hear H&R Spring are pretty good!

Gen 6 Suspension Thread(coils,spring, strut bar, sway bar,....)

Any types of springs will quicken the wear and tear on stock struts.

you can drop H&Rs on SE or LE/XLE struts and you will be just fine.

If you want to drop on solara tein springs, i recommend getting KYB GR2 struts, otherwise known as camry SE OEM struts. So if you have the SE, you're good to go on teins. but the drop is a bit steep, and comfort is definitely compromised.
