That's the one on your 2nd picture, it should be a 9006 bulb connector, same as your low beam.
Don't touch the yellow connectors, they are your airbag sensors.

i dunno if the le from japn have prewire. On my sister le ( made in japan), i just order a fog light kit from ebay and wire it up. it pretty easy. it come with everything up need and you can control the light.

^ but from the pic... it seems like its 'plugged' into something (some sensors/ lights?) .... if i put it out, would this 'something' stop working?

nevermind... upon closer inspection, it seems that plug is tugged into the Styrofoam in the pic so it won't dangle.
