Gen5

oversized throttle would be a waste of money. i have a turbo gen 5.5 and i have a stock throttle body. 240 hp on 5 psi. besides the stocker is 2.5".

What you should do is save and buy..save and buy. I went with a Vibrant muffler and i love it $150 with instal. I got me some H&R springs and 20" rims and a lot of other stuff. I got a list of parts with prices in the "how much have you spent so far" thread.

I would definitely not remove the screen on the TB. It is there for to catch small stuff like pieces of leaves that somehow make it through the air filter. Not worth the risk to have all of that stuff in your engine... I also heard that it helps to even out the air flow, but not sure if that is true.

It may not be a bad idea to check the TB screen and clean it off if there is stuff stuck to it, though.
