Has it died while driving? if not, we could rule out the alternator.
So your saying it only dies when its left alone for a bit? but you said its like it doesnt want to start? but you wait 15mins and it starts? Did you boost it or all of a sudden it starts?
sorry if you understand me wrong what Imean about died is that I tried to turn it back on like said I drive like 2 miles or less and them i turned off them like 5 or 10 minutes later I tried to turned on I can't and I just wait no boost fron someone just sit in my car and wait and them it turns on

interesting, in that case, it could be more than just the battery, have them check your alternator, dont worry, your in good hands since ur still under warranty

Has it ever died while driving? Say for 2 hours? if not im guessing when you go to park it and try to start it up it wont start?
Once you get it jump started, does it stay on until you actually turn it off?
Your ability to communicate in English is handicapping my ability to diagnose your problem, but if you want to try to troubleshoot the problem yourself, first, charge the battery, or see if it will take a charge. Using a charger capable of at least 10 amps, attach and allow to charge for several hours. If the battery is operating properly it will initially charge at the full rated capacity of the charger but will slowly draw fewer amps until it finally gets to a trickle. If after a few hours the battery is still drawing at near capacity of the charger then it needs to be replaced.
Secondly, with the engine off and all accessories turned off, place an amp meter in series with the battery on the positive side and see what the amperage draw is. It should be a trickle because the security system and clock will continue to pull some amperage but it won't be much. Likely less than .5 amp. There might be a value for this in the service manual. If it is drawing more than an amp I'd be looking for something that is connected to the system that isn't turned off or isn't working properly. Start with the equipment you added and pull fuses until the amperage draw drops.
Finally, we are assuming the alternator is working properly and it likely is. I think you stated you were getting 13.8 volts out. With the engine running and the air conditioner running, but not your added equipment, check voltage at the battery. See if the alternator is holding the voltage pretty well. I'd say it should be at least 13 volts with the engine running faster than an idle. If then when you add the stereo gear the voltage drops below 13 volts, then you have found your problem. No it isn't the alternator because it is working properly as designed. The stereo is drawing too much and it is time to think about killing off your amplifier.

My father in law bought an 09 Camry v6 loaded a few months ago. He is getting up in years (late 70's) so does not drive too much. His battery has died twice and has had to be towed. The dealership checked out the battery and said it was fine. They said it was caused by a drain from the auto headlamp system because the car is not driven enough....he drives it most every day, but not always any significant distance. They told him to turn the auto headlamps off, which he has. The battery has not died since, but this sounds like a croc of bulls$%t to me.
Any comments?

Did the dealer check the alternator output for proper specs.?
AND....
About how many miles per segment / trip. AC on, Blower Speed, Defog On and so on.

I would say likely that they checked the alternator. He probably drives no more than 5 miles locally per day wth one or two trips of 20 - 30 miles or more per week.

they replace my the dealer did a test on my turn everything on and then like 2 or 5 minutes latter everything start turning off, they say the battery has a bad cell so they replace it and the funny part is that when they test the battery the test says it was good so maybe is the same problem with your father in law camry
i knew it was a battery issue...ive seen at least 4-5 2008-2009 camrys come in with the exact same issue and every time it was a dead cell on the battery
at least it was nothing major

My 07 Camry is not used that much, maybe 1&1/2 tanks a month. I do not have any starting problems at all. I leave the lights in "AUTO" all the time. My total mileage is just a little above 17,400 in 2 years and 3 months. As you can see we only make short trips most of the time..... We have not used the car for as long as two weeks (vacation by plane) and never had a problem with starting.
An intermittent cell is a definite problem. I had an older vehicle that wouldn't start some times if you let it set just 10 min. after any length of running. If you would let the car set another 20 min. and try again every thing was OK. I caught it acting up one day and attempted to jump start, Plus to post, the ignition switch was off, I touched the negative clamp to the chassis and it went "POP", removed the clamp and the car started just fine. I replaced the 1 year old battery and had no further issues. From then on I have watched for any strange symptoms and check the battery and charge circuits 1st.

Which all prompts memory of a prior thread some months ago in which some guy swore that he was an expert on the subject and had never seen a battery fail early. Ha.
