ABS + Brake Light = Guage wont work?

First time I noticed this yesterday on my way home from tacobell, I start up the car, get on the highway and I notice a cop. So I slowed down and looked down at my guage to see if I slowed down enough and see that my SPEEDOMETER wasn't working, it was stuck on 0 mph as if the car was in idle. I saw that the ABS + Brake light was on so I wait for the next red light, turn my car OFF then ON. It fixed it but anyone know why this would happen? Everything else works, such as RPMs, fuel guage, temp sensor. Its a 2007 Camry LE 4Cyl, I believed this happened in 2004 Maxima SE and they told me my cars fine, a week after my warranty was up it came up as a TSB/Common Sensor Problem. Before taking it to the dealer they are going to ask to duplicate the problem as always so anyone know if there is a TSB for this? I have 2 pictures, one with the RPMs at idle with the ABS + Brake light on and again driving at 50mph (showed 0mph) with the RPMs at like 4500.
